Most in-stock items will generally be delivered to you within 7 to 10 days after receipt of your order except during the Holiday season. Please provide a street address for USPS delivery. USPS is not available to PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.

How long does it take to process my order?
We have worked hard to create an efficient order processing and shipping system to make sure your purchase reaches you as quickly as possible. All orders placed with us will be shipped from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days.
Delivery times will vary depending on the method of shipping you choose and the location of delivery. To estimate your delivery time please refer to the USPS TRACKING CHART.
Waiting on a package?
If your package was shipped via U.S. Priority Mail, no tracking number is available; however, the order status page will indicate the date your order shipped.
If your order was shipped via UPS, your Order Status page will include a UPS Tracking Number and link that can be used to check the delivery status on the UPS Web site at USPS.com® - USPS Tracking®. or by phone at 1 (800) 275-8777.

If you are concerned that it is taking too long to receive your package, contact our helpful Customer Support team. They will provide as much information as possible about the status of your package.
Please note: Emails sent on Friday after 5 p.m. PST, Saturdays and Sundays, will be replied to on Monday. Our Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday, 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST.

Drop Ship
Drop ship items are marked with the following icon: These products do not qualify for free shipping. Instead, 20% of the product total will be added to the order for shipping. Oversized items will incur additional charges.

Drop Ship items with a truck icon ship directly from the manufacturer and can take up to 2 -4 weeks for delivery.

Simply contact Customer Service at 1-8 for a Return Authorization Number and/or credit.
Please note the customer is responsible for shipping charges of return product and the choice of replacement or refund does not apply to clearance items.
